中午和几个老中同事聊天，谈到大陆的贪污腐败。一位同仁语出惊人，“腐败实际上是有钱人拿钱来换取权利的一种方式，为了避免被革命而流血牺牲。要保护中国这十几年财富的积累，这样其实是可行的，中国需要稳定。” 另一位连忙说 “你说的很对，腐败只不过是一种资源的合理再分配。这种慢慢的资源再分配需要在相对稳定的环境中进行。” 我只得坐在那里，虽然对这两位仁兄看问题的独特角度佩服的五体投地，但心里还是知道这种听上去很玄的说法，大多都是忽悠。
开车回家的时候，细细想了想，发现这，不是忽悠，纯属扯淡。再说，中国资源再分配的骨干行业不是妓女吗？

What is "Not Huyou" or the title of the post as google translates it?
I think Bribery is usually not something skin deep. Officials need to bribe higher officials to get things done. It just stops the whole system from working and is hardly progressive. A bribe is capital that could be spent elsewhere, not to mention the drain on productivity, people need to do their damn work and quit waiting for bribes.
